The Pokémon Company, and its subsidiaries Pokémon Communications Company, Pokémon Center Co. Ltd., and The Pokémon Company International, Inc. (collectively "we", "us", "the Company") are committed to the protection of your information. We have written this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to describe what information we collect during your use of Pokémon Jukebox ("the App"), why we collect it, how we use it, and under what circumstances we might disclose it.

This Privacy Policy and the terms of use govern your use of the App. By downloading and using the App, you consent to the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you acknowledge that your parent/guardian has reviewed and consents to your use of the App subject to the Terms and this Privacy Policy. If you or your parent/ guardian does not agree with the Terms or Privacy Policy, don’t use the App.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information submitted and collected via the App, and does not apply to information that may be collected by us offline. This Privacy Policy applies only to the App, and the Company is not responsible for the content or activities provided on linked or affiliates services, apps or websites. Finally, once you've clicked on an advertisement or other link and have left the App, our Privacy Policy no longer applies and you must read the privacy policy of the redirected location to see how your information will be handled. Your privacy is important to us, and the Company will continue to examine its personal information policy as needed, and will endeavor to improve it as appropriate.

1. What kinds of information may be gathered during your use of the App?

a. "Personal Information" is information about a living individual including name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information, that can be used to identify that individual. This includes such information as will allow easy reference to other information and will thereby enable the identification of the specific individual. Some examples of Personal Information include: name, address, unique device identifier, date of birth, telephone number, fax number, email address, and video/photo of an individual. Personal Information can also include Non-Personal Information that, when combined with other information, can be used to identify an individual. 
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from you unless you voluntarily provide it to us for customer support purposes. We will delete any such Personal Information as soon as we respond to the inquiry or decide no response is needed. Parents/guardians must provide consent before minors provide their Personal Information. 

b. "Financial Information" is information relating to payments and billing (e.g. account information, billing address, payment processing data). We do not knowingly collect Financial Information from you unless you voluntarily provide it- which we encourage you not to do.

c."Non-Personal Information" is information about an individual that by itself does not identify that individual. Some examples of Non-Personal Information include your randomly generated User ID, password, demographic information (age, gender, etc.), device hardware and software data, broad geographic information, IP address, App usage statistics, and purchase history.

We collect Non-Personal Information in both direct and passive ways as set out in Section 2.

2. How do we collect information?

We may receive Personal Information, Financial Information and Non-Personal Information from you directly when you voluntarily give it to us as part of a customer support inquiry. We also receive Non-Personal Information directly from you when you create a password or make in-App purchases. We also passively collect Non-Personal information about you through technological means like cookies, web beacons, log files, analytics software embedded in the App, and other software tools. We may also receive information about you from our third-party service providers, or other sources, such as Google in relation to in-App purchase statistics and AdMob in relation to advertising impressions. 3. Why do we collect information about you?

a. We use Personal Information solely to respond to customer inquiries, provide customer support, and for identity verification purposes.

b. We may use Non-Personal Information to monitor system performance, internal business operations, improve the App, fulfill requests for additional products and services, and marketing activities, provide customer support, and conduct research. Whatever the purpose may be, we will only collect information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives.

4. When will we disclose information?

We may share information with outside entities hired to assist with internal operations (including, without limitation technical support, hosting, data storage, analytics, and customer support). In the course of providing such services, these companies may have access to your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. These entities have agreed to maintain the confidentiality and security of all the Personal Information they obtain from us. We don't sell or rent Personal Information to third parties. Additionally, we will not allow third parties to use information about you for their own marketing purposes or the marketing purposes of other unaffiliated 3rd parties without your prior consent.
We may share aggregated, Non-Personal Information publically and with our partners.
We will also disclose information when we believe in good faith that such disclosures (a) are required by law, including, for example, to comply with a court order or subpoena, or (b) will help to enforce our Terms; protect your safety or security, including the safety and security of property that belongs to you; and/or, protect the safety and security of the App or third parties.
In the event of a merger, sale of assets, acquisition, dissolution, reorganization, bankruptcy, change of control or other similar event, your information may be transferred to our successor or assign, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law, or if we sell one or more of our businesses, your information may be transferred as a part of the sale.

5. What security measures do we take to safeguard information?

No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect information that we receive and have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and improper use. We will continue to examine our internal policies as needed, and will endeavor to improve as appropriate.

6. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes here with an updated date, and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
